Languages

  • Python
  • SQL
  • C#
  • C++
  • JavaScript
  • TypeScript
  • LaTeX

Editors

An adaptable programmer, comfortable in many environments. The best tool for the job, in my humble opinion, is Neovim running my own custom config. I also enjoy VS Code: a GUI is nice, but a TUI is better.

Cloud

Most familiar with Azure and Google Cloud from ETL work for the banks and mortgage companies I serve. I have also worked with AWS.

Databases

The best database is Postgres. If you disagree, try a service like Neon: the free tier is generous, the service is lightning fast, and the paid tier is even better.

Version Control

Github is the name in the game. If something better was out there I'd use it. But Github has served me in every single environment I have ever worked in. A good note though, if you're looking to spend less on Github Actions, use Blacksmith.

Micro-Services

  • Stripe - For Payments
  • Resend, Twillio - For Email/Text
  • Neon - For SQL Database
  • Docker - For Containerization
  • Cloudflare Turnstile - For Authenticated Form Submissions
